Office of Registrar/Administration


The Office of Administration and University Registrar is responsible for central student administration and human resources at the University and supports the work of the University's academic Faculties and Centers, governance, and academic decision-making processes. The Office serves as the records repository for the University and underpins students’ academic careers from post-registration through to graduation

The University Registrar serves as custodian of the university’s seal and all records of the university, other than accounting and financial records. The University Registrar also serves as the Secretary to the University Council, Academic Board and to the Advisory Board of each faculty and of any Standing, Special or Advisory Committee established by the Council, Board or the Advisory Boards.

  Ensures that staff, students, and other stakeholders can work and conduct businesses in a safe and secure environment and the protection of the university’s asset

Occupational Health and Safety

  Protects the health and safety of staff, students, and all other interested parties on the CMU campuses.
