Office of Digital Transformation
The Office of Digital Transformation will provide vision and leadership for the development and implementation of information technology initiatives, as well as direct the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems and web applications in support of the University’s operations in order to foster digital transformation that creates competitive advantage, enhances the customer experience, improves service quality, supports business development, improves cost-effectiveness, and leads to greater productivity and efficiency.
This office will also be responsible for all aspects of the University’s information technology and systems, participate in strategic and operational governance processes of
the University and lead IT strategic and operational planning to achieve business goals by fostering digital transformation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems across the University to ensure flexible, effective systems able to adjust to reasonable future demands consistent with the business plans of the University.

The Solution Development & Research Department is a dynamic and forward-thinking unit with the Office of Digital Transformation. SD&R specialize in designing, developing, and researching solutions that address complex challenges and opportunities for the University to ensure the processes within the University are re-engineered.
